- Lead complex initiatives with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale planning
- Lead discovery of end to end automation opportunities to build a robust pipeline of high value scalable solutions.
- Liaise with Technology, Operations, Business and Risk partners to ensure automation projects are optimized for efficient implementations
- Support solution design to create end to end business process automations
- Drive ongoing automation projects to ensure automation project milestones are achieved in timely manner
- Assist with ongoing automation projects to troubleshoot potential bottlenecks
- Collaborate strategically and consult with all levels to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Partner with senior management across Global Operations to define the automation strategy and execute to meet established OKRs
- Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Automation Experience – An individual with a solid foundation in utilization and advancement of tools and processes designed and utilized within Wells Fargo and/or across the financial services industry
- Influencing Skills – Proven ability as an effective communicator in virtual matrixed environments. Proven ability to take complex business and technology problems and bring teams to consensus through collaborative architecture and design.
- Strategic Thinking and Implementation – Thinks strategically about business problems, breaks down problems and presents solutions while evaluating the pros and cons of each option. Identify business opportunities by delivering thoughtful analysis and strong logical thinking. Thinks in new ways about problems and issues. Develops and implements creative solutions to business problems.
- Financial Services Experience – The ideal candidate should have experience working within large Financial Services companies and across a variety of business lines, in particular within Wells Fargo.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within the BPM and Digital Transformation team. This role will be responsible for identifying and delivering automation solutions for large scale Enterprise and Cross-LOB initiatives. The position will support integration of the products and capabilities to create scalable solutions to maximize return.
