      - Aggressively chase down new leads and follow up with potential clients
      - Prospect and identify qualified opportunities and build strong relationships with partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of Hunter sales experience within the Automotive and Manufacturing domain selling IT and Consulting services
      - Highly organized with excellent time management skills
      - Confidence and belief in the product being sold
      - Excellent communication and relationship management skills
      - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of market conditions
      - Existing connections and relationships within the industry
      - Experience with Salesforce CRM for pipeline tracking and reporting
      - Proficiency in MS Office and creating/updating account plans
      - Understanding of effort estimation and pricing methods
