What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform repairs on equipment using appropriate tools to meet company standards
- Follow work-order directions effectively and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Diagnose operating errors and determine appropriate solutions
- Communicate clearly and professionally about issues in various situations
- Participate in ongoing education related to company equipment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and understanding of automotive/trailer mechanics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, assisted or unassisted
- Willingness to assist in additional areas as directed by supervisors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in vehicle repair or maintenance
- Certification or training in automotive mechanics
- Experience with U-Haul or similar equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills in mechanical contexts
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
