What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain dealership financial records and ensure accurate month-end closings
- Monitor operational income statements and conduct fraud prevention reviews
- Oversee accounts receivable collections, daily bank postings, and reconciliations
- Review or prepare payroll and accounts payable for accuracy and timeliness
- Partner with dealership leadership to manage a team and support hiring and training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or 3+ years of dealership accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting processes, reconciliation, and financial analysis
- Ability to interpret financial results and recommend actions
- High School graduate or equivalent required
