      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support as an escalation point from a Tier I Engineer, including support of networked devices
      - Coordinate with Customer Service team for AV activities on support cases and ensure customer satisfaction
      - Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints
      - Conduct maintenance tasks to ensure AV systems operate optimally
      - Document issues in a knowledge base format for internal and external use

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in the AV sector with a proven record of installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting corporate AV systems
      - Experience with technical problem analysis and resolution in multi-discipline environments
      - Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD, Visionworks, etc.)
      - Knowledge of networking principles and deep technical knowledge of AV concepts and integrations
      - Experience with MSFT Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of related experience
      - AV Design Experience
      - Formal education in Electronics or a related field
      - AVIXA (InfoComm) Audio-Visual Industry Certifications
      - QSC Q-Sys Certification (Level 1 & 2)
