LOCATION: Phoenix, Arizona: The position will primarily be working at a client site in Phoenix.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Plan and implement projects for enterprise level clients.
• Help define/review project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Ability to be self-sufficient in daily tasks and work management.
• Define tasks and required resources.
• Report accurate forecast of job timeline.
• Create project schedule.
• Lead project team milestones and deadlines.
• Manage labor budget.
• Track deliverables.
• Create work order and schedule labor.
• Attend client/construction/IT planning meetings.
• Ability to lead Client/IT discussions
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Implement and manage change orders.
• Implement and manage punch lists.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic AV systems.
• Evaluate and assess result of projects.
• Ability to provide Day 2 support if necessary.
• Ability to properly staff and address day 2 support if necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
• Strategically plan and assess projects regarding equipment, people and timing.
• Ability to function within multiple platforms, both internally and externally.
Requirements
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, communication, or related field.
• 4 years or more proven work experience in project management.
• Audio visual industry experience desired.
• Excellent communication skills; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Writes clearly and informatively.
• Ability to lead completion of multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
• Conflict resolution experience.
• Able to tolerate stress.
The hiring compensation range for this position is $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
