What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the rollout of MS Teams video conferencing solutions across a geographically dispersed organization
- Communicate, plan, and organize tasks related to the project rollout
- Track detailed project information and format it for easy executive consumption
- Collaborate with support groups, external vendors, and contractors to ensure project components are in place
- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance programs while identifying and managing project risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, with an equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple input streams and communicate complex technical topics clearly
- Previous experience managing corporate construction projects or large video conferencing implementations is highly desired
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with procurement plans and budget management in project settings
- Familiarity with quality assurance programs in technology projects
- Previous engagement with technical engineers and stakeholders in project environments
