What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for the Aviate program at partner flight schools and universities
- Plan and attend career fairs and recruitment events to promote the Aviate program
- Educate potential candidates about the Aviate program and United's initiatives
- Analyze partner data to strategize and increase interest in the Aviate program
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruiting strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, including at least 6 months of dedicated recruiting experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse personnel
- Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, and databases
- Ability to handle confidential information and demonstrate good judgment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in coordinating and attending career fairs
- Background in developing and delivering presentations to large audiences
- Experience in aviation recruiting
- Familiarity with Salesforce software
