What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and verify all incoming aviation parts, ensuring compliance with FAA and industry standards.
- Facilitate shipping of outgoing materials, ensuring products are in serviceable condition and meet delivery timelines.
- Maintain inventory stock levels, performing periodic counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Resolve discrepancies between inventory systems and physical counts, including organizing stock and identifying obsolete products.
- Provide after-hours support for aircraft on ground (AOG) situations as part of a rotational on-call schedule.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years’ experience with supply chain concepts.
- Advanced computer skills, preferably with experience in a computer-based inventory tracking system.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the aviation industry preferred.
