What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive all incoming aviation parts, verifying invoices, packing sheets, and physical quantities.
- Inspect aviation parts for serviceability and traceability to meet FAA and industry requirements.
- Facilitate shipping support for outgoing materials, ensuring products are in serviceable condition and properly packaged.
- Maintain inventory stock levels, cleanliness, and organization in compliance with FIFO rules.
- Perform periodic inventory counts and audits, resolving discrepancies between systems and physical counts.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years’ experience with supply chain concepts.
- Advanced computer skills, preferably with experience in a computer-based inventory tracking system.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the aviation industry preferred.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with FAA regulations and compliance in inventory management.
- Experience in logistics or warehouse operations within the aviation sector.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work after-hours or weekends for AOG support on a rotational basis.
