What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain maintenance training records
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, FAA/PRIA, and other regulatory requirements
- Deliver New Hire and Aircraft Model Specific training to the maintenance department
- Assist maintenance employees with general training questions and needs
- Coordinate factory, recurrent, and continuing education training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience with at least 2 years in a CFR part 135 Air EMS environment
- 2 years of recent experience with RAMCO within the last 6 months
- 2 years of recent experience maintaining the Pilatus PC-12 Airplane or providing formal Method of Instruction for the same
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a supervisory, project manager, or inspector capacity
- Factory trained or equivalent on the Pilatus PC-12 Airplane
- Prior maintenance training experience in the fixed wing industry and/or Methods of Instruction training (MOI)
