What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain maintenance training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Deliver various training programs including New Hire and Aircraft Model Specific training to maintenance personnel
- Assist maintenance employees with training questions and needs
- Coordinate factory, recurrent, and continuing education training sessions
- Develop and implement ideas for recurrent training in collaboration with the Manager of Maintenance Training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a CFR part 135 Air EMS environment
- Recent experience (within the last 6 months) with RAMCO and maintaining the Pilatus PC-12 Airplane
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull over 100 lbs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a supervisory, project manager, or inspector capacity
- Factory trained or equivalent on the Pilatus PC-12 Airplane
- Prior maintenance training experience in the fixed-wing industry or Methods of Instruction training (MOI)
