What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain maintenance training records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Deliver various training programs, including New Hire and Aircraft Model Specific training, to the maintenance department
- Coordinate factory, recurrent, and continuing education training sessions
- Assist maintenance employees with general training questions and needs
- Collaborate with the Manager of Maintenance Training to develop and implement recurrent training programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a CFR part 135 Air EMS environment
- 2 years of recent experience with RAMCO and maintaining the Pilatus PC-12 airplane
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull over 100 lbs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a supervisory, project manager, or inspector role
- Factory trained or equivalent on the Pilatus PC-12 airplane
- Prior maintenance training experience in the fixed-wing industry and/or Methods of Instruction training (MOI)
