      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain maintenance training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
      - Deliver New Hire and Aircraft Model Specific training to the maintenance department
      - Assist maintenance employees with training questions and needs
      - Coordinate factory, recurrent, and continuing education training sessions
      - Develop maintenance Learning Management System training classes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including at least 2 years under CFR part 135 Air EMS environment
      - 2 years of recent experience with RAMCO within the last 6 months
      - 2 years of recent experience maintaining Pilatus PC-12 Airplane or providing formal Method of Instruction on this model
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License and valid state-issued driver’s license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a supervisory, project manager, or inspector role
      - Factory trained or equivalent on Pilatus PC-12 Airplane
      - Prior maintenance training experience in the fixed-wing industry and/or Methods of Instruction training (MOI)
