      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain maintenance training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
      - Deliver New Hire, Aircraft Model Specific, and other training to maintenance personnel
      - Assist maintenance employees with general training questions and needs
      - Coordinate factory, recurrent, and continuing education training programs
      - Develop and implement ideas for recurrent training in collaboration with the Manager, Maintenance Training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a CFR part 135 Air EMS environment
      - 2 years of recent experience with RAMCO and maintaining Beechcraft King Air Series C90, B200, or B300 aircraft
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License and state-issued driver's license
      - Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and aircraft maintenance systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a supervisory, project manager, or inspector role
      - Factory trained or equivalent on Beechcraft King Air Series C90, B200, or B300 aircraft
      - Prior maintenance training experience in the fixed-wing industry or Methods of Instruction training (MOI)
