      As the AVP, Enterprise Performance and Incentives, you will be responsible for driving strategic decision-making and performance optimization through comprehensive enterprise reporting and incentive programs. You’ll lead organizational success through a balanced approach of strategic analysis and the development/administration of effective incentive plans. In this role, you’ll combine analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of incentive structures to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

      Job Description

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive enterprise financial performance management and analysis strategies to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

      • Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators, financial metrics, and operational data to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.

      • Design, implement, and manage incentive plans that align with business objectives, fostering a culture of performance excellence.

      • Collaborate with leaders, HR and other Finance teams to ensure incentive plans are competitive, compliant, and reflect industry best practices.

      • Oversee the administration of incentive programs, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation.

      • Utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to derive meaningful insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.

      • Translate enterprise results into clear, concise reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

      • Ensure that all reporting and incentive programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Maintain governance frameworks to monitor and enhance the effectiveness of reporting and incentive initiatives.

      • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within the finance function.

      Performs other responsibilities as assigned.

      Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Sr. AVP, Finance - Enterprise PM&A and Operational Excellence May lead a team of 4-5 direct reports.

      Typical Skills and Experiences:

      Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

      Experience: Typically, 10 or more years proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, preferably in a leadership role.

      Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Strong financial analysis skills, including expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting techniques. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial metrics, and key performance indicators. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively share complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

      Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.

      Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and HR Business Partner.

      Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Occasional travel, non-standard or extended work may be required based on project needs.
