- Technical Skillsets:
- Should have expertise in Oracle OIC and VBCS and have extensively worked on minimum 3-4 Technology Adapters like File, Database, Oracle ERP & FTP adapter, connectivity agents.
- Should have worked on BIP reports and have hands on working experience in ERP API, FBDI and ability to use SOAP/ REST APIS for Fusion Integrations.
- Should have excellent skill in Web Service technologies such as XML, XPath, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, and XSD.
- Understanding of Data migration concepts along with Oracle tools for FBDI, ADFDi
- Should be able to work independently and ensure quality delivery.
- Should be able to manage quality assurance test cycles and manage testing, defect resolution processes.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify problems, provide solutions and resolution.
- Ensure completion of tasks, achievements, and components including Technical design specifications, implementations.
- Understanding of principals of cloud-based platforms including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
- Exposure to knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Account Payables (AP), Account Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA) & Procurement modules
- Experience in solving sophisticated systems.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fin, SCM, Manufacturing modules’ data models and functionality.
- At least 5 years of SQL experience and a solid grasp of interface mechanisms in and out of Oracle Cloud including Web Services and File Based Data Import and Export (FBDI).
- Must have knowledge of open interfaces, AR Invoices, GL Journal, Projects, Requisitions, PO, Customer, AP Invoices. SCM modules are also required.
- Experience and expertise in writing technical specifications in a Fusion Cloud/Middleware environment.
- Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) knowledge for critical metric, Dashboard analysis is a plus.

- Strong consultancy skills including consulting experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience:
- More than 12 years of demonstrated ability in Oracle Applications that includes 3-4 years of experience in Oracle cloud Technical (Reporting, Integrations and PaaS development).
- At least 2 years of experience leading team of 10+ resources, with ability to provide mentorship and training to others.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with outsourced vendor partners is BIG plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics or Mathematics is required.
- Understanding of Oracle product development cycle, Oracle security, Oracle Instance strategy, On-premise ERP, Oracle Cloud ERP is a MUST.
- Understanding of Commodities, Logistics, Financing, Accounting or Derivatives is a BIG plus.

- Operate as a delivery partner in the 3-in-box operating model and partner with global techno-functional collaborators and vendor technical teams to deliver strategic business objectives
- Own the BAU delivery and product support for Oracle On-premise and Oracle Cloud ERP applications.
- Coach and Mentor the vendor developers for the assigned work stream.
- External: Strategic outsourcing partners.
- Internal: Technical and Functional partners and collaborators based in India, Geneva, Latin America (Argentina, etc.) China etc
Main Purpose:
• Participate in planning discussions with technical and business collaborators and is the single point of contact delivery partner for single or multiple sub-systems for global techno-functional product owner.
• Provide technical solutions in Oracle Cloud modules and custom development, for the issues raised by the business.
• Architect and design solutions and guide the vendor teams to implement the solution as per the architecture and design.
• Be hands-on master developer on the system and coach developers of the vendors. Pair program with new developers on an existing system to build their capability.
• Technical Specialist who has worked on end-to-end implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) and Oracle on premise application from definition till launch and post production support.
• Identify gaps in technical design, functional requirements, in the team members and work towards closing those gaps to ensure high quality software is delivered to meet business goals.
• Help implement a continuous learning culture within the vendor teams to build their capability the sub-system(s) they are leading.
• Managing PROD ticket queue in various cluster projects and align BAU team to close issues on time,
• Perform detailed review of technical changes and management of new releases into PROD
• Manage ERP Scheduler processes which runs daily/nightly process and align with DEVOps team.
• Enable Release management for Oracle code, configuration, reports.
• Handle key super-users in International, US Rack & Domestic with different levels of technical and business knowledge
• Understand the compliance impact for various Localization solution countries live for Oracle and close the time zone-skill need.
• Documentation of SOPs, Key common Issues, workaround and train users as needed
• Work across various application teams for smooth alignment of issue area and effective solution to reduce wait-time on tickets.Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
