      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, implement, and maintain AWS database solutions, including Amazon RDS, Amazon Aurora, DynamoDB, and Redshift
      - Monitor database performance and optimize queries, indexes, and configurations for improved efficiency
      - Ensure data integrity, security, and backup strategies are in place and regularly tested
      - Collaborate with development teams to create database schemas, stored procedures, and other database objects
      - Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Proven experience with AWS database services and management
      - WS Certified Database Specialty or related certification
      - Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
      - Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques
