      JOB DESCRIPTION

      We are looking for a dynamic HR Professional who loves working in a fast-paced environment, values innovation and variety, and is a champion for supporting great employee experiences. This position will work in several areas of human resources, which may include coordinating employment activities, participating in and acting on employee complaints or grievances, administering employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, recommending and coordinating employee training activities, and administering benefits and performance programs.

      DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
      • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
      • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
      • Oversees benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurance, vacation, and sick leave.
      • Proficient with Excel and experience with analyzing and interpreting data to drive people solutions.
      • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience including employee development.
      • This role will require both critical thinking and analytical acumen to drive process, organization, and data-driving decisions.

      QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

      • College degree or equivalent experience
      • Excellent organizational skills
      • Strong communications skills with an aptitude in problem-solving
      • Experience in data analytics with great attention to detail and confidentiality.
      • Experience working and managing in a virtual environment.
      • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
      • 3 years of progressive HR experience
      • 2 years of experience in a BPO is highly recommended

      • Desktop or Laptop computer
      • Windows 10 or 11, or MacOS Mojave or Newer OS
      • Minimum 2 GHZ processor
      • Minimum 4 GB RAM
      • Two Monitors or Screens
      • High speed, hardwired internet access
        • Minimum 20 MBPS Download
        • Minimum 10 MBPS Upload

      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

      You will be required to be at your workstation for your workday. It is required that you create an environment that is ergonomically sound for your comfort and needs
