      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in the B2B field with a strong track record of exceeding targets
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive success
      - Strong professional connections and the ability to leverage them for client acquisition
      - Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable and proactive in a dynamic environment
      - Prior experience in energy consulting, procurement, or related fields is a plus
