      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and drive overall paid search, programmatic display, and social media strategies
      - Manage day-to-day campaign optimizations, including bid adjustments and creative iterations
      - Deliver regular performance reports to inform future marketing strategies
      - Support the Marketing Manager with data analysis and actionable insights for various business units
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with search engine representatives for performance insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in enterprise-level B2B marketing with a focus on search, display, and social platforms
      - Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads
      - Proficiency in web analytics tools and bid optimization platforms
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and organize data effectively
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience with DV360, Adobe AdCloud Display, YouTube, and Meta
      - Proven track record of managing global campaigns with measurable results
      - Experience in creating and executing advanced media plans and strategies
