      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain business relationships with companies, municipalities, and organizations
      - Prepare sales forecasts and reports, tracking lead generation and sales volume
      - Attend trade shows and represent the company professionally while cultivating client relationships
      - Effectively communicate the B2B program and service offerings to customers
      - Prepare quotes and sales contracts, resolving customer issues as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience
      - 3-5 years of sales experience in a commercial sales environment
      - Proven track record in sales with consistent target achievement
      - Effective oral and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Safety Footwear
      - Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Netsuite
      - High degree of personal integrity and professionalism
      - Ability to travel frequently within California to service customers and visit stores
