What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a weekly lab section for approximately 50 students, focusing on business analysis practices
- Instruct students on methodologies for analyzing businesses and preparing reports
- Grade student coursework to assess understanding and application of business analysis
- Utilize the CAPSIM business simulation to enhance student learning and engagement
- Provide guidance and support to students, fostering a collaborative learning environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability for one full academic year
- Motivated individuals eager to learn about business analysis and related functions
- Teaching and/or professional work experience preferred, but not necessary
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with students
- Strong organizational skills to manage coursework and lab sections
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring in a relevant subject area
- Familiarity with business analysis concepts and practices
- Experience with business simulation tools or software
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster student engagement and collaboration
