      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize and oversee the production of assigned shops or teams, ensuring compliance with schedules and quality standards
      - Maintain close working relationships with subcontractors, facilitating effective communication and support
      - Analyze KPIs to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary
      - Support technical teams in various shop activities, including CNC machining and composite repairs
      - Adhere to OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a culture of safety and teamwork

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Science, Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of aerospace manufacturing experience in a leadership role or equivalent management/technical background
      - Strong knowledge of Aerospace/ISO drawings, specifications, and technical data for aircraft parts completion
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or G-Suite

      - Experience in diffusing personnel conflicts and acting as a servant leader
      - Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with adaptability to different cultural and business environments
      - Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as root cause analysis and 5S
