What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java/Spring Boot
- Develop and scale microservices deployed in containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Architect and optimize data solutions utilizing AWS RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and security across cloud-based systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of professional backend development experience (Java preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, etc.)
- Proficiency in building and scaling RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in FinTech, payments, or compliance-driven industries
- Familiarity with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Exposure to GraphQL or gRPC
- Contributions to open-source or personal projects that demonstrate backend expertise
