      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and execute social, cultural, and educational activities for students during afternoons, evenings, and weekends
      - Serve as a peer resource and mentor, assisting students with academic, personal, and social challenges
      - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and residence hall policies to safeguard student welfare
      - Respond to emergencies or unexpected situations at any time of day or night
      - Collaborate closely with other residential staff to support programming and operational needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience working with middle and high school students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles
      - Experience living or working in a residence hall environment
      - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances with flexibility and confidence
      - Strong sense of inclusivity and community-oriented principles
      - Willingness to complete pre-program training as outlined by the employer

      - Demonstrated experience in mentoring youth and leading activities
      - Knowledge of restorative/corrective practices and responsive behavior methods
      - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
      - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to projects and tasks
