What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between sales and internal customer care, providing professional responses to all balancing and order-related inquiries
- Serve as a subject matter expert for balancing quotes and the order entry process
- Prepare and issue standard and special product quotations, adhering to pricing guidelines
- Perform all quote/order-related tasks, ensuring accurate handling of customer requirements
- Coordinate project delivery requirements utilizing project management and basic expediting skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Project
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to be patient, professional, and courteous
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience and understanding of Visual Basic language
- Project management skills
- Goal-oriented, reliable, self-motivated, and able to multi-task effectively
