      Hours of work- 30 hours per week. Hours are negotiable but with a 5:00pm finish on each and a full day on Mondays and Fridays and are to be worked in our Admin Office.

      The Leicestershire Nutrition and Dietetic Service has a vacancy for an efficient Support Team Assistant with excellent administration and communication skills to work in our fast-paced Admin Support Team contributing towards the day to day running of the appointment booking team and general admin functions.

      Main duties of the job

      The role will involve speaking to patients and health professionals on the telephone on a daily basis therefore applicants will be able to speak clearly and have a confident professional telephone manner.

      The post holder will be proficient with using computers and will use clinical systems to check and update patients confidential details, to arrange appointments and to generate clinical correspondence.

      Legible handwriting and filing skills and ability to use office equipment is essential as the post also involves preparing post, information packs and filing paper based information.
