      We want you to join our innovative, hard working and caring Children's Mental Health Inpatient Team. This role is for 18.75 hours per week, working Wednesday-Friday.

      You will be an integral part of the team, Providing administrative support to your team, the wider admin team, external agencies, patients and families.

      This demanding role will require the post holder to use their full range of administrative skills to ensure an efficient service is provided.

      The role comprises a wide range of specific duties. Managing and supporting the admin team based at the Beacon Unit, Ordering Stock and supplies on our online ordering platform, minuting clinical meetings weekly, so organisation skills are key!

      Sending correspondence, liaising with clinical staff, photocopying documents, scanning and both email and task management. You will work alongside clinical staff to support the provision of high-quality care to patients, their loved ones and referring clinicians to ensure a smooth transition through our service.

      You will need to be a good team player, utilising your initiative, have strong emotional resilience with excellent organisational and communication skills.

      Main duties of the job

      This role is to support the clinical Children's Mental Health Inpatient Team. You need to be able to work both on your own initiative and as part of the wider team prioritising your work effectively.

      Skills using word, excel, PowerPoint and a good general knowledge of IT systems is essential.
