- Assist over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize empathy and effective communication skills when responding to inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Quiet workspace for remote work
- Minimum internet speed of 100 MBPS download/10 MBPS upload
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
