What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working from home with a minimum internet speed of 100 MBPS download/10 MBPS upload
