What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to a wide range of telephone inquiries from Canadian Tire Bank Triangle MasterCard members
- Protect the integrity and security of customer account information
- Maintain accurate customer information and develop effective relationships
- Shape positive customer perceptions and build confidence in service capabilities
- Understand and service customer needs while providing relevant products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in both French and English
- Minimum one year of customer service experience in retail, fast food, hotel, or hospitality industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Computer knowledge and experience with basic browser-based functions
