What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily operations and relationships with key bank partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee bank-related activities, including technology change requests and compliance reviews
- Drive continuous improvement in partnership operations and reporting efficiencies
- Address relationship or compliance concerns based on partner feedback
- Monitor issue resolutions from audits and technical defects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in FinTech or financial services with a focus on technology
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proven reliability in meeting commitments and deadlines
- Experience working effectively in a remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Slack, and Trello
- Demonstrated experience in relationship building with stakeholders at various levels of seniority
