      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage hearing calendars and pre-/post-hearing processing
      - Draft and e-file various motions, objections, responses, and orders
      - Collaborate closely with attorney personnel on case matters
      - Analyze case status, docket, and claims register activity
      - Correspond with opposing counsel, trustees, and court personnel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in a Bankruptcy-Creditor Rights Law Firm
      - Proficiency in analyzing case status, docket, and account data/history
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven dependability and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
      - Must reside in one of the eligible states: AL, CT, FL, GA, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NC, NH, NJ, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WV

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Bankruptcy Motions and Objections, including drafting through disposition
