Previous experience in large scale food preparation required.
Thorough knowledge of the culinary arts, including baking, cooking, salad preparation the procurement and storage of foodstuff required.
Ability to use standardized recipes required.
Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record required.
Associate's degree or higher from an institution accredited by an agency that the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) recognizes, or military training graduate of JRCERT-accredited program required.
Active licensure through the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy required.
Completion of a certificate program in CT technology preferred.
Registered or Registry Eligible by the ARRT required.
BLS preferred upon hire, required within 90 days of hire.
Two years of experience as a RT in diagnostic radiology preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or higher.
Must be able to read and write.
Computer experience is required.
EMT-B certification through the Kentucky Board of EMS
BLS (AHA Required CPR certification)
High School diploma or equivalent or higher preferred.
Six months housekeeping or janitorial experience in healthcare facility preferred.
Demonstrates oral communication skills required to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Demonstrates interpersonal skills necessary to promote and maintain cooperative and courteous relationships with team members, patients, visitors, providers, and others.
Demonstrates ability to prioritize tasks.
Basic knowledge of computers, mobile devices, and software applications required.
High school diploma, or equivalent, or higher required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Works well in a high-pressure environment.
Previous experience with Epic System and registration preferred.
Working knowledge of insurance providers/payers preferred.
Accuracy and efficiency with knowledge of laboratory terms preferred.

One to three years of experience as an RT preferred.
Mammography experience preferred.
Certification in mammography within one year of hire required.
BLS preferred upon hire, required within 90 days of hire.
Associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology.
High school graduate or equivalent and successfully completed.
Military training of 50 or more weeks and served as a medical laboratory specialist.
American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT) certification within 12 months of employment required.
Associate's degree or higher from an institution accredited by an agency that the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) recognizes, or military training graduate of JRCERT-accredited program required.
Active licensure through the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy required.
Registered or Registry Eligible by the ARRT required.

Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic Licensure by the Kentucky Board of EMS.
Valid Kentucky Motor Vehicle Operator’s License.
Valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) through the American Heart Association.
Valid Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certifications (PALS) through the American Heart Association. This may be acquired within 90 days of employment.
Valid Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) through the American Heart Association.
Other certifications and specialty training as required by the Kentucky Board of EMS.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
High school diploma or equivalent required, or higher.
Must be certified by an accredited Pharmacy Technician Certification Board.
Current Pharmacy Technician License as issued by the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy required.
Certified Pharmacy Technicians are required to participate in a training program and may perform only those tasks for which they have been trained and been deemed competent to perform.
Proficiency in compounding IV admixtures required.
High school diploma or equivalent required, or higher.
One or more years of experience in the phlebotomy field is preferred (on-the-job training will be considered).
Must demonstrate outstanding communication skills with patients and other health care personnel, professionalism, and acceptance of responsibility to quality specimen collection that plays a crucial role in the detection, diagnosis, and management of diseases.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills required, as are self-motivation and self-direction in the workplace.
Associate degree or higher from an institution accredited by an agency that the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) recognizes, or military training graduate of JRCERT-accredited program required.
Active licensure through the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy required.
Registered or Registry Eligible by the ARRT required. BLS preferred upon hire, required within 90 days of hire.
Graduate of school of nursing with current unrestricted KY license required, or higher.
Requires good clinical, organizational, customer service and critical thinking skills.
Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred on hire and required within 90 days of hire.
ACLS preferred, required within one year of hire.
Flexibility in work schedule, shift hours and job duties are required as well as basic computer skills.
Prefer recent experience in specialty.
Recent telemetry unit experience preferred.
Associate degree or higher in respiratory therapy, or a graduate of a training program accredited by the American Medical Association's Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education or its equivalent in collaboration with the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care or its equivalent, and who has successfully completed the registry examination for advanced respiratory therapists administered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
Current Kentucky respiratory care license required.
BLS preferred upon hire, required within 90 days of hire.
ACLS preferred upon hire, required within 6 months of hire.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred upon hire, required prior to working in the NICU.
Recent respiratory care experience preferred.
Critical care and emergency care experience is preferred.
Good clinical, organizational, customer service and critical thinking skills are required. RRT preferred on hire, required within 180 days.
Licensed Surgical First Assist in good standing.
To be eligible for a certificate a person shall hold and maintain certification by one (1) of the following: The National Surgical Assistant Association; or The Liaison Council on Certification for the Surgical Technologists
3-5 years’ experience as Surgical First Assist in general surgery cases strongly preferred.
