      OVERVIEW
      ● Location: Atlanta, GA
      ● Employment Type: Full Time
      ● Compensation: $77,000.00 - 100,000.00
      ● Reporting to: Head of Live SkeleTRACK Operations

      The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

      In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.

      WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?
      The core focus of the Baseball Teams Operations Manager will be managing the overall delivery of tracking data to our clients. We are partnered with multiple clients across North America to deliver bat data, ball data, skeletal
      data, and more.


      The Operations Manager will manage day to day operations and communication of the Baseball Teams Systems and support leadership’s vision of performance metrics and objectives. This role will provide oversight and evaluate gaps in training, reporting, and processes to improve the overall operational effectiveness.


      RESPONSIBILITIES >>

      • Accountable for the live data quality of our Baseball Teams Tracking Systems

      • Daily focus of ensuring that all live operations run smoothly

      • Identify potential issues and work to find solutions to maximize efficiency

      • Ensure information is distributed to Operational Team of full-time, fixed term, and hourly staff in a timely manner

      • Clearly define roles and responsibilities within the team to ensure everyone understands their specific roles, contributions and accountabilities

      • Regularly assess the skills and capabilities of team members to effectively allocate resources based on strengths and development areas

      • Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Individual Development Plan (IDP) goals for each team member, aligning them with the overall Hawk-Eye organizational goals

      • Respond to, communicate, manage, and track technical issues as they arise in a live production environment

      • Review and implement process changes across the department to prioritize issues and ensure data quality is at the forefront of operations

      • Operational Management with clients including reporting (internal and external)

      • Communicate with clients regarding operational updates clearly and efficiently

      WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU >>

      • 3+ years of Production/Technical Management experience in a successful branded company/organization

      • Strong organizational and problem solving skills who brings recommendations and solutions to the table

      • Effective communicator who can collaborate and maintain relationships with partners across all teams

      • Interested in being part of a team that works hands-on with the latest systems and technologies

      • Strong problem-solver and willingness to adapt when facing potential roadblocks

      • Ability to prioritize and meet clients needs in a fast-paced environment

      • Proficient in using presentation tools such as Google Slides and Google Sheets

      • This position will require schedule flexibility, including weekends, late nights, and holidays
