  Job Description :
  As a EMI/EMC Simulation Engineer, he/she will be part of EMI/EMC Simulation Engineering team responsible for 2D/3D Modeling of EUT & EMC Test setup, run EMI/EMC simulations, analyze the results, and generate reports. He/she will contribute to EMC Design, and System level EMC troubleshooting through EMI/EMC Simulations which will have direct impact on product quality and reliability. Must have strong background in RF basics, S parameters, Cross talk, Highspeed signals, Power supplies, Electromagnetic theory, Shielding Effectiveness , High Voltage Cables /Bus Bars and should be able to demonstrate good engineering judgment.
  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  § Understanding schematic and design flow
  § Creating EMI/EMC simulation execution plan with critical nets
  § Collecting simulation models interacting with vendors
  § Perform board level SI/PI & EMI/EMC simulation using ANSYS/CST tool
  § System modelling in simulation environment as per required standards
  § Perform product level EMI/EMC simulation including enclosure, cables & connector models
  § Far field and Near field analysis
  § Create simulation report as per compliance standards
  § EMI scanning and identify vulnerable areas on board
  § Finding root-cause for the EMI/EMC failures with iterative simulation runs
  § Provide recommendations to improve EMI/EMC issues
  § Perform data correlations between simulation results and lab measurements
  § RF pre & post layout simulations
  § Manage small and medium complexity projects with minimal supervision
  § Interacting with cross functional teams and clients
  EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
  § Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
  § Must have experience in CST, HFSS , FEKO, LT Spice , PSpice tools or equivalent
  § Must have experience in S-Parameter, Coupling simulations, PCB Conducted Emission Simulation, PCB Radiated Emission Simulation, RF pre-post layout simulations, EMI/EMC simulations - RE, CE, RI, CI, ESD, EFT, Surge
  § Solid understanding of circuits and PCB layouts
  Ø Sound knowledge of Electromagnetics & TL theory, signal integrity, and power integrity
  Ø Knowledge on EMI/EMC certification standards
  Ø Experience in 3D modeling and simulations of cable and cable-harness
  Ø Experience with Schematics design tool, PCB Design Tools, and Circuit Simulation tools
  Ø Experience in high-speed design, including board layout techniques
  Ø Experience in PCB stack-up design and analysis
  Ø Knowledge of hardware design for Industrial products (digital/analog/communication)
  Ø Experience in troubleshooting EMI issues with good knowledge of hardware design
  Ø Good in communication & ability to work well in a diverse, cross-functional, and global team
