What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the delivery of behavioral intervention services
- Provide guidance and support to RBTs to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans
- Collaborate with school staff to integrate behavioral strategies into the educational environment
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Maintain documentation and compliance with relevant regulations and standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Previous experience as a BCBA in a school setting
- Must reside in North Carolina
- Ability to work part-time in a flexible environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
