What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver direct supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while managing a small caseload
- Regularly review and interpret data collected during sessions, modifying individualized treatment plans as necessary
- Provide supervision through observations and team meetings with staff and families
- Consult with families regarding treatment concerns, behavior modification, and staff interactions
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager for support in administrative tasks and scheduling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be licensed as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and ethical regulations
- Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting children up to 50 lbs and engaging in physical activities with clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in applied behavior analysis in a clinical or educational setting
- Familiarity with managing small caseloads effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for family consultations
- Additional certifications or training in specialized behavioral strategies
- Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact in their lives
