What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver direct supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while managing a small caseload of 4-6 clients
- Regularly review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans as needed
- Provide supervision through observations and team meetings with staff and families
- Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment and behavior modification
- Engage in hands-on activities with clients, which may include lifting and physically interacting with children

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and applicable laws and regulations
- Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting children up to 50 lbs and spending time on the floor
