- Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of BCBA recruitment experience is required.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to source candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting.
- Creativity: You're an out-of-the-box thinker who thrives on discovering and implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
- Relationship Building: You're able to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience from start to finish.
- Tech Savvy: Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), digital platforms, and social media. Proficient with MS Office.
- Team Player: A strong collaborator who thrives in both remote and on-site environments while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
- Proactive & Positive: You're driven, assertive, and passionate about learning and evolving your recruitment methods.
- Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging with candidates via written and verbal communication, ensuring professionalism and clarity at every stage of the process.
