What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and evaluate behavior analytic programs for assigned home-based clients
- Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure effective one-on-one programming
- Conduct formal assessments to determine client needs and make clinical recommendations
- Maintain thorough documentation, reports, and data collection for assigned clients
- Provide direct behavior analytic services to clients when applicable
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State licensure
- Completion of BACB-required 8-hour supervision training
- Strong organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, or SRS-2
- Previous experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Familiarity with behavior analytic programming and documentation standards
