What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement behavior analytic programming based on assessments and observations for assigned clients
- Monitor and modify programming based on client performance and needs
- Conduct assessments and make clinical recommendations addressing ASD symptomology
- Supervise and train behavior technicians implementing one-on-one programming
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and data collection for assigned clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State Licensure
- Completion of BACB-required 8-hour supervision training
- Strong organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Familiarity with various assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, and Vineland-3
