What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide phone and chat support to financial professionals and clients regarding brokerage accounts and securities
- Manage a caseload by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts, trades, and compliance
- Educate clients and financial professionals on software tools for trading and account management
- Handle incoming emails and assist with special projects as needed
- Ensure quality customer service through accurate and timely communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service, organizational, and telephone skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in a telephone context
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in navigating software and web applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Broker Dealer experience
- Call center experience
- FINRA registration (Series 6)
- Ability to work non-traditional hours to meet customer needs
