What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide daily phone and chat support to financial professionals and clients regarding brokerage accounts and securities
- Educate users on software for entering trades, viewing accounts, and managing portfolios
- Respond to incoming emails from financial professionals and customers
- Handle approximately 40-50 calls per day, ensuring quality customer service
- Participate in special projects as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service, organizational, and telephone skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone experience
- Ability to work in a team environment, multi-task, and maintain confidentiality
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in navigating software and web applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Broker Dealer experience is a plus
- Call center experience is preferred but not required
- FINRA registrations (Series 6) are required
