Job Description
As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting onboarding new hires, coordinating regular training for development of the team, call coaching, on-call support, & providing direction to hit pipeline goals. This is a role that will require regular collaboration with the BDR Director & existing BDR Team to ensure all members are reaching their full potential. Team Lead is incentivized based on Team Performance.
You are expected to own and manage BDR enablement, trainings, cadence management, marketing communications, lead management and 1:1 with BDR’s on process.

What You'll Do
• Work with BDR Director & West Team Lead (peer) closely to help enable the team for success
•Support in building out sales resources to document best practices & continued refinement of positioning & talk tracks
•Organizing Call Coaching sessions & Roleplay Trainings with BDR team
•Coordinating Daily Huddles & communicating goals and expectations
•Working with Marketing team to coordinate timely & relevant follow-up
•Providing feedback on Salesloft Sequences & Templates for Open/Reply Rate Optimization & workflow efficiency
Qualifications
•At least two years of proven top performing Enterprise BDR experience in Tech or SaaS
•Experience helping others succeed
•Sales experience a plus
•Experience with Salesforce & Salesloft is a must
•Comfortable with lead management and marketing campaignsAbout the company
