What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive strategic sales initiatives by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within an assigned territory
- Develop and execute a territory plan centered around Equipment Value Management and Agiliti Specialty Equipment Solutions
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring commitments are kept and customer expectations are exceeded
- Conduct business reviews with customers and leverage internal resources to optimize sales strategies
- Utilize Insight Selling Methodology to translate customer needs into effective solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree required; focus in clinical discipline preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales or related experience
- Experience in specialty equipment sales, including patient handling and wound care
- Must be available to travel up to 60%
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a safe driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a team-based selling environment
- Previous experience selling services in a healthcare context
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to professionally present and convey services using advanced sales methodologies
- Knowledge of hospital finance, reimbursement, regulatory, and safety practices
