What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform client assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
- Collaborate with clients (ages 2-21), their families, and service providers to develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP)
- Implement rehabilitative strategies and activities as prescribed by licensed professionals
- Conduct preference assessments and reinforce strategies for client improvement
- Provide direct care and supervision in alignment with the ITP
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
- Must be licensed in Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner with BCBA certification
- Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA)
- PA License in relevant fields as indicated above
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leadership or supervision roles
- Additional certifications related to ABA services
- Familiarity with behavioral analysis techniques and strategies
