What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct client assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
- Collaborate with clients (ages 2-21), their families, and other service providers to develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP)
- Implement rehabilitative strategies and activities as prescribed by licensed professionals
- Review preference assessments and reinforcement strategies for continuous development
- Supervise direct care staff and provide leadership as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
- Must be licensed in Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA) is required
- Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required
- Scope of practice must include overseeing the provision of ABA services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leadership or supervision roles within a behavioral health setting
- Advanced training or certifications related to behavioral analysis or therapy
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices in ABA therapy
- Strong communication skills and experience working with children and families
- Previous experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
