      As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll help children achieve life-changing milestones—like saying “I love you” for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.

      We Offer:

      • No RBT? $16.25 to $17.00
      • Sign On Bonus $1,000.
      • Obtained your RBT? Start at $17.00 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $21.50 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
      • Pay based on experience, education, and performance

      What We’re Looking For:

      • 18+ years old required
      • High school diploma or GED required
      • Strong work ethic
      • Comfortable playing with children
      • Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
      • Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
